Refund Policy

Please note that the mentioned refund amount at the time of the return on the site is an estimate and will only be finalized once the verification is done. Once the pick-up is done and the seller has verified the product, a refund of the amount paid at the time of the product purchase will be initiated in your account.

Refund will be initiated only after successful product verification by the seller. Please note that the process of verification might take:
For Local Cities: 48 hours from the pick-up time from your location.
For Other Cities: 8-10 business days from the pick-up date from our location.

The amount is expected to reflect in your account only after post successful completion of the verification from the seller.

  • Refunds for all eligible product returns or cancellations are issued by payment methods that the user used at the time of purchasing the product, except for cash payments made through the Pay on Delivery mode.
  • You will not get cash refunds in terms of a card sale.
  • Refund processing cannot be done to third-party accounts. The name on your APL account must match the bank account holder's name.
  • Refunds will be made against trackable and genuine cancellations and return requests that you generated by pressing on the cancellation option offered in the site’s user dashboard in the APL account. A.P. Dawa Store (OPC) Pvt Ltd will not entertain refunds against treatment efficacy, nature of advice received, delays, or health results of consultations.
  • A.P. Dawa Store (OPC) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to incorporate and modify new pricing structures at any given time before billing you for your future Fee payment.

At A.P. Dawa Store (OPC) Pvt Ltd, we give our best to make sure you get 100% satisfaction through our products. We are also happy to issue a complete refund according to the conditions mentioned below: Full Refund Possible if:

  • You get a defective item.
  • The ordered pharmaceutical product is either damaged or lost during transit.
  • You have got a product that is expired.

Mode of Refund: Please note that the refund mode might differ based on the situation. If the refund mode is through Net Banking or Debit/Credit card, please allow 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this timeline, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timeline and we are nowhere liable for it. If the refund mode is however through your wallet, you should receive the credit within 48 hours.

Cash on Delivery: To process COD refunds, the user will have to send an email to us. Thereafter, the user will get a refund initiated to their wallet or bank account. In case the user wants the refund amount in their bank account, they might have to offer bank account details.
